1. Nature of Platform & Limitation of Liability
"Malmahi" is exclusively a technology platform acting as an intermediary connecting independent service providers with female clients. Malmahi and its owner shall not be held legally, civilly, or criminally liable for any service quality issues, personal injuries, allergic reactions, or damages resulting from services performed inside homes.
2. Safety & Valuables Liability
Malmahi assumes zero liability for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings inside the client's premises during or after the service session. The contractual security and safety relationship rests strictly between the independent service provider and the client. In case of any criminal suspicion, liability falls solely upon the competent security authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia without any liability on the platform.
3. Property Damage & Breakages
Malmahi assumes zero liability for any loss, damage, or breakage of furniture, decor, or property inside the client's premises during the service session. Any financial or legal claims regarding property damage must be resolved directly between the client and the independent service provider alone, with zero liability on the platform.
4. Personal Safety & Conduct
Both clients and service providers are strictly responsible for their personal safety and conduct. Malmahi does not assume liability for any individual unlawful behavior, harassment, or disputes. The platform reserves the right to immediately suspend accounts and cooperate fully with local security authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in case of any violation.
5. Verification & Compliance
The platform makes reasonable efforts to verify the identity of service providers but does not absolutely guarantee the criminal record of every independent worker. The service provider is solely responsible for any fake or inaccurate data they submit. The platform reserves the right to immediately ban or suspend any account (client or provider) without prior notice if safety terms or commercial reputation are violated.
6. Financial Policies & Commission
Malmahi charges a specific commission rate or service fee for technological intermediation and booking services. All payments must be processed electronically through Malmahi's official payment gateways; the platform bears no responsibility for any financial transactions conducted outside the app. Cancellation and refund policies are subject to the active timeline within the app to protect both parties' rights.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, designs, logos (Malmahi), software, and databases are the exclusive property of the platform owner and are protected under the intellectual property laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
